Transition Planning - Due Diligence Support
We work with DD teams to develop a pragmatic business plan. This includes a collaborative approach to drafting the strategy, and the governance and risk model to support the implementation of strategy. We also provide functional leadership and input into workstreams ranging from People and Culture, IT and Cyber Security, and Process and Operations.
Transition Implementation - Actioning the Business Plan
We take a leadership role in engaging Board members and the Executive team as required. In functional areas, we bring a wide range of expertise to the team. For example, in People and Culture, we develop and implement industrial relations strategies, including negotiations with employees and their representatives. In IT and Cyber Security, we develop IT operating models and select advisors and consultants to support the implementation of systems as required. In Finance, we select and implement ERP systems and financial reporting and control processes.
Transition Leadership - Moving from Transition to Executive Leadership
We shadow the leadership or take on leadership roles as required to complete the transition until the longer term leadership team are engaged. We engage with all management personnel and the employee base to leverage the capabilities in the organisation to deliver the business plan. This gives new owners an unambiguous perspective on progress to achieving the business plan.
